Personal medical service: range 1.0 to 3.5, threshold 2.3 (§ 5(2) GOÄ). A factor above the threshold is only allowed for particular circumstances of the individual case (difficulty, time, circumstances) and must be justified in writing.

Nr. 2431 – Excision is included in no. 2431 (official wording).
Nr. 2403 – The same tumour only once – small (2403) or larger (2404). Check if different lesions.
Nr. 2407 – The same tumour only once.
Eligible under section C VIII: for outpatient performance a surcharge under no. 442–445 (by points) and possibly no. 440/441 may apply.
