Exclusions and rules

Nr. 2381 – The same defect is billed with one repair only.
Nr. 2382 – The same defect is billed with one repair only.
Eligible under section C VIII: for outpatient performance a surcharge under no. 442–445 (by points) and possibly no. 440/441 may apply.

Closing a defect with full-thickness skin, including closure of the donor site.
