Official provisions (German)
- „Werden Leistungen innerhalb einer Sprechstunde an Samstagen erbracht, so ist der Zuschlag nach Buchstabe D nur mit dem halben Gebührensatz berechnungsfähig.“
- „Werden Leistungen an Samstagen, Sonn- oder Feiertagen zwischen 20 und 8 Uhr erbracht, ist neben dem Zuschlag nach Buchstabe D ein Zuschlag nach Buchstabe B oder C berechnungsfähig.“
- „Der Zuschlag nach Buchstabe D ist für Krankenhausärzte im Zusammenhang mit zwischen 8 und 20 Uhr erbrachten Leistungen nicht berechnungsfähig.“

- Surcharges A to D and K1 belong to consultations and examinations under no. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8, are billable only at the single rate and only once per visit (section B II, general provisions).
