Service: Video-system-based examination and image documentation of moles including digital image processing and analysis.
Reference: official no. 612 (§ 6(2) GOÄ). Its official German wording: „Ganzkörperplethysmographische Bestimmung der absoluten und relativen Sekundenkapazität und des Atemwegwiderstandes vor und nach Applikation pharmakodynamisch wirksamer Substanzen. Mit der Gebühr sind die Kosten abgegolten“.
Acceptance by payers is not guaranteed; on the invoice marked “entsprechend” with an understandable description of the service (§ 12(4) GOÄ). Source of the valuation: Bundesärztekammer (Analogbewertung, nicht mit den Kostenträgern konsentiert).
The billing helper never adds this valuation automatically; it only shows it as “possible, check”.

Service from section A, E or O: range 1.0 to 2.5, threshold 1.8 (§ 5(3) GOÄ). A factor above the threshold is only allowed for particular circumstances of the individual case (difficulty, time, circumstances) and must be justified in writing.
Exclusions and rules
- Nr. 750 – Video dermoscopy is a special form of dermoscopy (§ 4(2a) GOÄ); no. 750 is not billed in addition.
