Official provisions (German)

„Der Zuschlag beträgt 100 v. H. des einfachen Gebührensatzes der betreffenden Leistung, jedoch höchstens 67,49 Euro.“
„Der Zuschlag ist je Behandlungstag nur einmal berechnungsfähig.“

Exclusions and rules

Surcharges 440 to 445 apply only to the outpatient operations listed in section C VIII and only at the single rate; the service with the highest points counts, and surcharges 442 to 445 are mutually exclusive.

Typical occasions in dermatology

Surcharge when a laser is used in an eligible outpatient operation: 100 % of the single rate of the operation, at most €67.49, once per treatment day.
