Exclusions and rules

Nr. 267 – The perineural injection is included in the infiltration treatment under no. 267 (official wording).
Nr. 268 – The perineural injection is part of the infiltration treatment (no. 267/268).

Typical occasions in dermatology

Single injection into a joint or next to a nerve; rare in dermatology, e.g. with joint involvement. Infiltration treatment of the same region under no. 267 includes the perineural injection.
